Ja, the location was a proper winner! Just a five-minute stroll to bus and tram stops, making it super easy to explore the city. Room was nice and clean, and I loved the WhatsApp comms from the chommie at reception – felt so chill!

But the bathroom could’ve used a proper scrub. a bit of lime build-up was noticeable. Eina!

The room was quite spacious, offering excellent air conditioning which was a relief during the hot days. The quirky key-handling system allowed for easy access, even if it was a bit unconventional.

The lack of an external handle on the room door was a real hassle. you had to fiddle with the key and force the door to close after leaving. Walls between the rooms were annoyingly thin, making it easy to hear every little noise from neighbors, including morning showers and phone conversations. The entrance can be tricky to navigate, tucked away behind multiple locked gates with basic passwords that weren't clearly communicated.

Chur, the location was choice, heaps convenient for getting around. But mate, the walls shared too much sound, so it was hard to sleep. Wouldn’t stay again.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Picaflor Art & Rooms. The modern bathroom was a delight, and the room itself was clean and spacious, offering excellent air conditioning. the location near bus and tram stops made exploring Milan wonderfully convenient.
